Gado-gado Kacang Mete

Gado-gado merupakan sayur-sayuran yang direbus dan dicampur jadi satu, dengan bumbu kacang atau saus dari kacang tanah yang dihaluskan disertai irisan telur dan di atasnya ditaburi bawang goreng dan kerupuk.
Gado-gado dapat dimakan begitu saja seperti salad dengan bumbu/saus kacang, tapi juga dapat dimakan beserta nasi putih atau juga disajikan dengan lontong. Jika umumnya bumbu gado-gado dibuat dari kacang tanah, maka untuk resep kali ini, saya menggantinya dengan kacang mete. Rasanya sudah pasti wuenaak tenaan. Penasaran dengan resepnya? Berikut cara pembuatannya untuk anda :

 

Bahan – bahan :

1 ikat Kacang Panjang
1 ikat Bayam
100 gr Kol / Kubis Bunga
100 gr Tauge
1 buah Timun
1 buah Tahu Cina, goreng, potong dadu
1 buah Telur Ayam
1 buah Kentang
200 ml Air
1 sdt Sari Jeruk Limau
Bumbu yang dihaluskan
200 gr Kacang Mete Goreng
100 gr Kacang Tanah
1 sdt Garam
3 buah Cabai Merah
2 buah Cabai Rawit
1 sdm Gula Merah

Cara memasak :

1. Rebuslah sayuran satu persatu secara bergantian, kurang lebih 45 detik – 1 menit. Sisihkan.

2. Campurkan bumbu yang dihaluskan dengan 200 ml air matang dan sari jeruk limau, aduk rata.

3. Atur sayuran rebus, iris ketimun, potongan tahu, potongan kentang, lalu siram dengan saus kacang. Sajikan dengan bawang goreng, tambahkan irisan telur rebus.
