Resep Lezat Daging Lombok Kethok Khas Jogja

Dari namanya yang sangat Jawa ini, “lombok kethok” yang berarti lombok kelihatan, masakan ini memang membutuhkan banyak cabai. Namun jika Anda tidak terlalu suka pedas, Anda bisa mengurangi cabainya. Yuk, baca dulu resep berikut ini.

Bahan :
300 gram daging tetelan/sandung lamur, rebus hingga empuk, potong-potong kecil
2 lembar daun salam
2 cm lengkuas
2 buah cabai merah besar, potong bulat
2 buah cabai hijau besar, potong bulat
5 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
3 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
2 cm jahe, memarkan
2 buah tomat hijau, potong kecil2
200 ml air kaldu rebusan daging
1/2 sendok makan gula merah
2 sendok makan kecap manis (sesuai selera)
1 sendok teh kaldu sapi bubuk atau garam sesuai selera

Cara membuat :
1. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga matang dan harum
2. Masukkan daun salam, jahe dan lengkuas
3. Masukkan daging, air kaldu dan bumbu-bumbu lain
4. Masak dengan api kecil hingga meresap dan kuah menyusut.
5. Masukkan cabai merah dan hijau serta tomat hijau, aduk sebentar hingga cabe dan tomat layu.
6. Cicipi rasanya. Sajikan dengan nasi hangat.
