Resep Muffin Pisang Manis dan Lembut

Sedang sibuk namun ingin membuatkan si kecil menu bekal camilan yang sehat dan lezat? Ada baiknya mencoba satu resep muffin yang sangat mudah dibuat ini Ladies. Hanya perlu waktu setengah jam saja lho. Ayo buruan intip contekannya seperti yang telah dilansir allrecipes.comberikut ini.

Bahannya:

  • 3 buah pisang, hancurkan sampai halus
  • 250 gram gula pasir
  • 2 butir telur, kocok ringan
  • 75 ml minyak sayur
  • 500 gram tepung terigu
  • 2 sdt baking soda
  • 3 sdm buttermilk (Bisa dicari di supermarket, namun jika Anda susah menemukan buttermilk Anda bisa menggantinya dengan 250 ml susu yang dicampur dengan 3 sdm sari lemon. Diamkan selama 10 menit dan gunakan 3 sdm dari campuran tersbeut sebagai pengganti buttermilk.)
  • 250 gram gula halus

Cara Memasak:

  1. Panaskan oven terlebih dahulu dengan suhu 150 derajat Celcius.
  2. Olesi cetakan muffin dengan mentega atau minyak.
  3. Kocok pisang dan juga gula dalam sebuah mangkuk sampai lembut.
  4. Tambahkan telur dan aduk terus sampai rata.
  5. Tuangkan minyak sayur dan diamkan sebentar selama 1-2 menit.
  6. Tuangkan tepung, baking soda dan buttermilk dan aduk rata.
  7. Tuangkan adonan dalam cetakan muffin.
  8. Panggang selama 20-30 menit sampai matang.
  9. Taburi muffin dengan gula halus.

Anda juga bisa mengganti topping gula halus dengan topping lain sesuai dengan selera Anda Ladies. Happy baking ya.
