1. Smoothies Wortel Nanas
Bahan:
3/4 cup nanas, buang matanya dan potong-potong
1/2 cup es batu
1/3 cup jus jeruk kemasan
1/4 cup wortel, potong-potong
1/2 buah pisang

Cara membuat:
1. campur semua bahan dalam blender. Hancurkan sampai benar-benar halus.

2. Smoothies Strawberry Madu
Bahan:
1 cup strawberry beku
3/4 cup yogurt rendah lemak
1/2 cup jus jeruk
1 sdm madu

Cara membuat:
1. campur semua bahan dalam blender. Hancurkan sampai benar-benar halus.

3. Smoothies Bayam Anggur dan Santan
Bahan:
1 cup anggur hijau
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup es batu
1/4 cup santan yang sudah dimasak

Cara membuat:

4. Smoothies Labu Berempah
Bahan:
1 cup es batu
1/2 cup susu
1/3 cup pure labu kuning
1 sdm madu
bubuk pala secukupnya
